yes, we are a locally owned family business. and i like it that way. i have great control over what happens to your device. my full experience gets applied to each and every device that i take on.

this means that i don’t use your device to train someone else. or hand it off to a lesser experienced hired hand. we do farm out some things on occassion, but only to a more highly specialized trusted colleague who excels in what we may need to fully fix your device.
