used loudspeaker had it had a 1/4 mono audio jack broken off inside the neutrik combo XLR 1/4 mono connector. 

pulled the old one and installed a fresh one.

this speaker in an all in one, powered speaker meaning that it has a built in amplifier. somehow someone managed to break off an audio jack leaving the very tip inside. also looks like they had tried to drill it out.

he had contacted another local music place that offered repairs, but was told that they were quite backlogged and would not be able to get to it for a number of weeks.

fortunately they did not damage the motherboard too much. i was able to remask some gentle marks left by their attempt. nothing deep. more of a safeguard than truly an issue. the motherboard is labeled as a loud technologies inc. PCB 2042206 and was no longer available. a newer model thump15A had been introduced.

the replacement part was a neutrik NCJ6FA-V-0 combo XLR and 1/4 mono connector and was available at mouser and was able to pick them up for a reasonable price.
